This public page is a plain-language product and commercial summary, not legal advice, a DPA, security exhibit, SLA, or promise that a particular law applies. A signed agreement, order form, DPA, security exhibit, or other negotiated document controls where it differs.
Use TrailMarke only for an authorized organizational mentoring, certification, or related program and do not bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-copy the service, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, infringe another person's rights, or use it unlawfully. Customers remain responsible for users, notices, permissions, lawful basis, fields, integrations, and configuration.
TrailMarke grants the subscribing organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for internal corporate mentoring and certification program management. CERT is $75 per seat one-time and Program (Pro) is $200 per seat one-time; both are perpetual seat licenses, not annual subscriptions. Departmental is $9,500 flat annually for the ordered department scope and Enterprise is $19,500 flat annually for the ordered organization-wide scope. The applicable signed order form or agreement controls scope, term, features, permitted users, and negotiated terms. TrailMarke®, the Plus One® Methodology, curriculum, handbook, and assessment structures remain protected intellectual property.
An unclaimed CERT or Program seat—never assigned, or assigned to someone who never engaged with Mentoring 101—may be refunded within 30 days of the customer's notice. Once assigned and engaged with Mentoring 101, the seat is purchased permanently and is not refundable. Departmental is $9,500 flat annually for the ordered department scope; its published policy has no mid-year refund and on nonrenewal existing members retain available functionality, but the customer cannot add members or refill vacated seats. Enterprise is $19,500 flat annually for the ordered organization-wide scope; its refund, downgrade, and credit terms are governed by applicable signed terms. Nothing in this summary silently deletes records or overrides a signed agreement.
Departmental and Enterprise annual plans renew automatically at the then-current annual rate unless cancelled before renewal. The applicable order form and payment terms control.
Customers should submit only content and personal data they are authorized to process. Features, providers, authentication options, exports, return, deletion, and transition assistance vary by plan, configuration, and agreement. The currently available member export and erase actions cover selected records; they are not a complete organization-wide or provider-wide exit service. Direct requests to the organization administrator or legal@trailmarke.com.
TrailMarke is provided as a Software-as-a-Service platform with commercially reasonable uptime targets, but this summary does not create an uptime SLA, service-credit schedule, recovery-time or recovery-point target, maintenance window, support severity target, or continuity commitment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages are excluded; total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months, subject to the signed agreement. The published summary describes Texas governing law and good-faith mediation before binding arbitration, but negotiated terms control.
